To receive cashback you need to scan the QR code we sent you after completing your order. This step is required to activate the reward – without it, the cashback cannot be processed.
Please make sure that:
- The product you purchased was eligible for cashback. You’ll see a yellow cashback icon on the product page when cashback is available. Not all products include this reward.
- Your ZEN.COM account is registered with the same email address you used when placing your order with us. We use this to match your purchase and prevent misuse – mismatched emails may cause your cashback to fail.
Already have a ZEN account and paid with your ZEN card?
In that case, your cashback will be added automatically, without the need to scan the QR code.
If you've already scanned the QR code and confirmed the above, but the cashback still hasn’t appeared in your ZEN account, please reach out to our support team. We’ll be happy to check it for you.
