Can I return a purchased gift card?

You can request a refund if the gift card code has not been viewed. This option is available for up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. If your code hasn't been accessed yet and it’s been less than 4 weeks since the purchase, please reach out to our support team at contact@giftsy.com and we’ll assist you with the return process.

If the code has already been accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Digital gift cards are considered cash equivalents, and once the code is visible, it can be used to make purchases. According to our Terms & Conditions, by clicking the "Get the code" button, the customer unpacks the code and agrees to waive their right to a refund. This policy helps us protect our users and prevent potential fraud.
